New contributors cannot cause the group to go back to square one. We can help your project create the dictionaries, terms of reference, and use cases that will allow new contributors to come up to speed without burdening the working group with real-time tutorials.

When conflict arises the rules need to be sufficiently complete that the path to resolution is pre-defined and can be executed without rancor.

Collaboration tools need to be fit for the purposes needed for technical collaboration and capable of automatically ensuring that contributions are covered by the applicable licensing rules established by the project.

Every contributor needs to be confident that all the contributions to a project are considered within the boundaries of their membership rights.
